Press spacebar to toggle edit mode and normal mode. Press Q to start. Note: the program ends up deleting the song when it executes it, so make sure to export your song first! To make a song, press space, then press the arrow keys that you want. The project will record when and which arrows you press, so you don't need to enter anything else! For example, if you press left and wait a second then press right, when you start the song, it will spawn in a left then a second later, spawn a right. To save your song notes, go into the project and right click on the list in edit mode, and click export. To import your song, do the same, but press import and select the .txt file of your song. No music or scoring yet, but I will add that soon. Enjoy! This works best on turbowarp.com, I recommend using it. You are still able to import and export your songs on it! Note: because Scratch was picky, I had to remove the dot in bitly, so replace the comma with a dot. Sorry :( PREMADE SONGS HERE: ----------------------------------------------------------------- Code 1: Better Call Saul Goofy Ahh remix Song txt file: https://bit,ly/3uLX8f6 Song BPM: 175 Players: 1 Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=PceHIT9vaF8 -----------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to @unikittyjhf for making the sprite for the singer! Its really cool, and she has made many other cool animations. Check it out! I got the confetti effect from this project: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/454507154/ It is really cool, take a look! Things I will add: -music -song autosaving -bitly links to some premade songs -singer opponent -option to make singer opponent's notes and player's notes different -auto correct note placement ai (you input the song BPM and time signature, choose what the shortest note there is, and the ai will modify the list so the notes are where the ai thinks they should be) -option to enable or disable above ai -2 player vs option
