ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ [ [ stress tips ❗ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ— — — okokok these are my tips- if they dont work for u, thats ok! everyone works differently :) also---stress is DIFFERENT from anxiety- they connect with one another but they are NOT the same. ↳ REST → when is the last time u had a quality nap? what about quality sleep? make sure u get ur good night's rest...sleep at least 9+ hours. :) when u wake up u will feel energized and ready for the day. ↳ EAT HEALTHY → im not saying get rid of all junk food --- consider junk food as like a reward!! ^^ and it doesn't mean u have to go all out with healthy food, it can be tasty, too!! something to consider is: it's NOT about REMOVING things from your diet, its about ADDING things :) things liek "sea salt veggie straws" or "apples and peanut butter/almond butter/etc" are great examples! <3 ↳ SAY NO → feel free to take a break from screen time or hanging out with friends. alone time is ok! it means u are taking some time for urself :") dont be afraid to say no. ↳ JOURNAL → write in a daily journal! at first i was a little scared and weirded out, but now im far more comfortable bc i feel like in writing everything down in a safe space ^^ i recommend daybook, but u can use other apps as well! ↳ EXERCISE → its all rlly tied together --- if you exercise a lot, u get good sleep! it doesn't even have to be difficult, maybe take a walk with ur dog, roller skate with ur friends, or even dance to ur favorite song! dont make things too difficult, though! :) ↳ CONNECT → connecting with ppl u know is a great way to relieve stress (for me personally)! i can tell other ppl how i feel and overall it can be fun :"D its not just talking about ur feelings- TT u can hang out with ur friends, or go shopping with ur parents --- u never know what memories u will make <3 ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ— — — ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤhope y'all found this helpful!
