"We'd better get going then." Lillian said. Neil nodded as he began to walk toward the doors to the building. Kids stared at the two. Lillian smiled and acted like she knew absolutely nothing about the school and kept asking questions like; "Is this the art room?" Or "Where's the 11th grade hall way?" To (hopefully) trick the kids that Neil was /actually/ showing Lillian around the school. Once they arrived at their lockers, Neil grabbed his lunch, and Lillian grabbed hers. They made their way to the cafeteria and sat at a crowded table. Everyone left in a hurry after they sat down. Neil opened his lunch box, and took a bite from his apple. Lillian opened hers as well, but took out too cookies and offered one to Neil. "Want one?" Neil, was flabbergasted. No one had ever offered him anything, so he just sat there, shocked. Lillian looked confused, and a bit concerned. "Uhh, hello? Anyone home?" She asked, waving her hand in front of his face. Neil took the cookie from Lillian. He held it in his hands like it was the most valuable object in the world. "Thanks." He said while staring at the cookie. Lillian was more concerned than ever at this point. "You're being like, really weird right now dude." Neil slowly bit the cookie, then ate the whole thing. Right after, Neil resumed his apple eating; as if nothing happened. "What was that?" Lillian asked. (Now /she/ was the flabbergasted one) "What was what?" "That." She pointed to some crumbs of the cookie Neil had just ate. Neil smirked. "I don't know what you're talking about." He bit his apple once more.
