Ciaran ( Cordelia ) Bates ⊗ 17 ‒ Birthday: October 12, 2005 ⊗ AFAB ‒ Trans Male ⊗ He/Him & They/Them ⊗ Demisexual, pansexual ⊗ Dream / Nightmare Manipulation ⊗ Student ⊗ Ciaran stands at about 5'7", a nice height for their age. He has a lightly muscled frame, though still appears to be quite willowy, thankfully not bulky in the slightest. They have pale, porcelain colored skin, usually cold to the touch. Medium-length snowy white hair flows wavily down to just below his thin neck, appearing to be as fluffy as a pile of feathers. Ciaran's facial features take on a faerie-like quality, giving them the beauty of an angel but the intimidation of a demon. They have a softly pointed chin; a small, pointed nose; full, medium-sized lips; small, round ears; and wide, downturned eyes that are colored differently. His left eye is a gorgeous ice blue with a film of seaweed green over it, giving the iris a tealish, blue-green color. His other eye, the right one, is colored completely black as if the pupil had expanded and swallowed up the entire eye. Where the iris should be is an outline of a white pentagram, glowing lightly whenever his power are in use. Their eyebrows are thin and handsomely shaped, perked up in the corners as if they're constantly expecting something or someone; the brows colored a tad darker than their frosty hair. Ciaran has small, slender hands that obviously belong to a female, their short nails painted charcoal black. Upon close examination, someone may notice the faded scratch marks on his cheeks and sides of his neck. There's also the rare occasion of Ciaran pulling up his sleeves, revealing scar and scrapes. These also pop up on some parts of their chest, back, hands, and legs. If you just glanced at him, or didn't pay much attention to his appearance, those marks could be easily invisible. There then arises the question of "where did he get those scars?" to which is still highly unknown ( unless you're August. August knows all :skull: ) ⊗ Ciaran sticks strictly to one style of clothing: light / dark academia. Of course, there are a few times they'll just sloppily throw together an outfit, but that's a different story for another time. Something you can expect to see him in are sweaters, something he very much enjoys and finds comforting. A normal outfit for them would consist of: a black button-up with long sleeves, hidden under a sweater ( the color depending on their mood ) so only the collar peeks out, and possibly the cuffs too; loose denim jeans, usually ranging between the darker hues, or dress slacks; full-black sneakers with white laces; and their amulet, which is a blizzard ( fully black with a tornado of white flecks ) stone connected to small silver chains. Common accessories you can find on him are: a silver nose-stud poking through his right nostril; two golden eyebrow-rings threaded through his left brow; dangly black star earrings with two ruby studs above them, poking through their ears; fingerless gloves colored the same black as his nails; a lace ch0k3|> with rose designs etched into it; golden-wired circular glasses ( though they usually just wear contacts ); and lastly, though hidden from view, a black chest pad to cover his br34zt. In one of their pockets they have a small switchblade in case they run into any trouble. ⊗ Ciaran is definitely an ambivert, just on the borderline of being an extrovert or an introvert. They don't like socializing if it's unnecessary, but they aren't afraid to speak their mind if something is to their disliking. Usually. Sometimes he'll switch into a mood where he doesn't speak throughout the entire day unless forced to, and when he does speak it's just a bunch of stuttering. Besides that, he can often come off as rude and a little eerie unless you know him well. In that case, you can tell he's just being awkward. They have a cool, collected demeanor that often cracks to reveal anger, sadness, disgust, or simple delight. If they enjoy being with you, or when they're getting nervous, they'll begin to joke around or talk fast. Ciaran certainly isn't very loud. so sometimes you have to strain to hear them correctly. They don't often show pain, either. When they do, it must be a serious matter. He is intelligent, and it shows, unless he's in a high-stress situation. He isn't very good at handling stress, or love. They've never actually fallen in love ( until August ), so they don't know exactly how to deal with it. They're relatively mysterious, hardly revealing anything about themself, their past, or stuff they know about. And yes, he certainly is a rebelling type, never really sticking to rules unless he, someone he fears / cares about, made them. ⊗ Loyalty.
