ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ [ [ habits ⛸️ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ— — — how to start and end them >:'D u probably dont think about it much, but whats ur personal routine in the morning? does it include things like brushing ur teeth, taking a shower, eating breakfast? u probably dont think ab it---but those small things have become a habit of yours! and thats not a bad thing ^^ in fact, without our minds being able to create habits, we'd go crazy :0 but we must know the difference between good habits, and bad habits!! :) ► GOOD habits are things that are....good for you xD things such as brushing ur teeth, taking a shower---they are all beneficial to u someway or another!! <3 ► BAD habits...are horrible ToT liek for real they are rlly bad and hard to get rid of. things like biting ur nails, picking ur nose (ew TT), and things liek that are rlly bad for u :"( lets learn how to get rid of them!! - studies show that it takes 21 days to start a habit, so what if we reversed it? ik, it seems like ALOT of time!! so space it out! :) for the first couple of weeks, try to not do *whatever bad habit ur doing, ex. biting nails* at least once a week. perhaps after the second week, bump it up to 2-3 days, and so on and so forth until u find that you won't do it anymore!! - if u struggle with biting ur nails, there's a nail polish that u can buy that tastes super icky and *bleh*, and it'll help u get rid of that habit!! - reward yourself! this connects to everything---if u didn't bite ur nails for a day straight, reward yourself with something nice: ur brain will remember that and it'll help u along the way to DESTROYINGGGG UR BAD HABITSS B) ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ— — — ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤhope y'all found this helpful!
