It's NOT bad to go to Therapy. Therapy is supposed to let you tell how you feel, and let your emotions out, and maybe get tips for things that might happen. I'm going to start going to therapy soon and at first I was embarrassed to tell anyone because they could have thought I have problems handling my emotions, and now I know that is COMPLETELY fine! All Emotions are good! We all have emotions. I feel Stress, Anxiety, and Jealousy, and a bit of Anger and Sadness, and those are all fine emotions! So don't feel embarrassed to let your emotions show! Because if you keep your emotions in, never letting them out, or telling people how you feel, your stress will build up until finally all your emotions come out! Which is okay! But letting your feelings out sooner might help.
