replace the costume named "images" with your image and make sure that it is still named "images". when it's done export the list named "output" and you have a compressed image that you can send in a message or something like that.
I made this so that people can send low-quality images to each other over a text-only application. if you want to uncompress the image go to https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/777686321/ also, I got the image scanner from griffpatch.
