⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒ Hi everyone. I am leaving scratch. ⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒ Reasons: 1. Scratch is getting boring 2. IRL school. I hate to admit it, but our French teacher is giving a lot of work and I've been away for a while. I have a lot to catch up on and as for scratch, it's a distraction. 3. Spending time with family. Scratch has been a distraction for this as well. I'm usually on scratch and on the device so I don't get much time to be with my family. Leaving scratch would be nice so I could get more time with them <3 4. IRL Friends. They're offline on scratch + we meet each-other IRL so scratch isn't even needed. On top of that, It doesn't make sense for me to even be on scratch if they aren't there. 5. Coding. Lets be honest. If we're aesthetic, do we even code? We make sets but there's no code involved. At least the aesthetic content has code for transitions bla bla bla but scratch IS for coding. We barely code. (If you code on scratch, amazing!) 6. Religious Reasons. Not much information can be given. I don't have time for scratch when it comes to this. It's way more important then a coding website. ⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒ I will miss scratch and maybe I'll check every now and then on other accounts. All my accounts are getting deleted but perhaps I'll make a new one. ⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒ Is this going to be a mistake? Even if it sounds like one, it isn't. Last time YES it was a mistake because that account was an account I was dedicated to coding on. This time, NO. I've made un-needed projects and all these projects had to be fancy. I like the idea of aesthetic but it's a little waste of time. We all have an IRL life and sometimes, scratch distracts us. ⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒ Will I ever be back? Yes and no. I will miss scratch so yes I might be back on a new account. Beware though! I will not share my new account because if I do, It will probably be all about aesthetics. I want a new account with peace and dedicated to coding.
