First family, than friends, than newcomers, than kits and queens, than elders, than foe, than any mate if had one, than the med, than the deputy, than, lastly, the leader. They leave the body out for one last night than the elders, the med, the leader, a family members or any mate, bring the body to their sacred place. Surrounded by bushes, they crawl into a hole in a hill, inside is a tiny circle of water with glowing mist and dancing glow, the spirits of cats in Star clan. This little hole is what the Sacred Society calls “Misty Pond” where spirits of Star clan come down from the sky and stay in this little cave, beautiful. They lay the cat down, gently in the water and mourn before going back to camp.
