Since Glory is too young to be ridden, we did a pretty relaxing day of training. First, we took him out of his stall, groomed him, and brought him to the arena to lunge him. He did well, and at Sunny Oaks we never use a whip or crop, not even for scare, so even if we did use one, he didn’t need it. He did amazing! I tacked up Luna and rode her around the arena, just so Glory could watch. He seemed to get real excited, so I slowed down and calmed him down. We took him back to his stall, and groomed him and gave him treats. Then, we took him out to the paddocks, and we brought in Scorpion so they could play for a few hours. At the end of the day, we groomed the two foals and brought them plenty of food and water.
