Chapter 7 Amelia's Perspective I didn't see what was so wrong with her. She was really nice for a ghost. We sat in the boiler room, talking as I ate my packed lunch. Dust from the pipes kept drifting into my tomato soup, but it was so worth it to finally meet the "star" of Wilbur Academy. "What was life like before you died?" I asked, then winced. "Sorry. That was probably rude." "No, no! It's fine. I understand," Sara said. "I had a mom, dad, and a little sister. Hanna, Jacob, and little Tia." She sniffled at the memory. "I have a sibling, too. An older brother." I scoffed as I thought of Xavier's annoying antics. "Is that how you think of your brother? A nuisance? A jerk?" "Pretty much. He deserves it, though. He messes with me every second of the day," I argued. "Amelia, I can't stress to you how important it is to love them while you have them. They're your family, and no one'll love you more," Sara said. I sighed. "You're absolutely right. Thank you." And with that, I chugged the rest of my soup. Author's note: I don't normally post 3 chapters in one day, but wow! Hope you like this chapter, despite the fact that it's a short one! :)
