It's been awhile! Ahhh srry for not remixing!<000 Okay,so umm,heres my entry!!>:333 Quick bio: Name: Avalanche Nickname: ??? Gender: Demi-boy Pronouns: He/Him/They/Them Also the cat in the first snowstorm picture is a fellow climber named: Luna/Lunar!!! Story(u dont have to read it all!): Avalanche loves the snow,winter and most of all mountain climbing,he's loved these things ever since his first winter climb with his father.Now that his dad has passed away though he finds himself almost afraid of the beautiful mountains. Avalanche won't tell anyone though,he has a habit of hiding his emotions,but his friends can tell,in fact almost every person thats knows him well knows he isn't happy and Avalanche knows to!He hates being without the mountains and without the snow! He had moved to Africa after his fathers passing,but he hated it there,to hot,to dry,definitely no snowy mountain peaks to summit!Africa isn't where he belongs,but he doesn't want to go back to somewhere where the mountains might tempt him like they used to,no not after his dad was k1lled by them,never! 1am: Bing!His phone alerts him of a text or something,he picks it up,he can't sleep anyway.It's from a mountain climbing group led by Luna,a mountain climber expert!He sighs,but decides to check it out. Luna's groups text: Hi!We were just online when we stumbled upon your Facebook page,we were interested in the fact that you're a mountaineer,you look like you know what your doing!We want to know if you'd like to join us in a small hike or something so we can get to know each other,if all goes well maybe we could start doing climbing together? Best wishes, Luna's group! 1:30am: Avalanche can't reply,he can't find the words,he can't think strait.Delete,write,delete again,write again,delete,write,delete!It feels like his brain has split in half!One half wants to go,the other doesn't and they're fighting each other. 2am: Avalanche gives up,it's late and he's exhausted,he'll respond tomorrow when his brain has settled and he doesn't feel like he's about to faint.Of course sleep isn't to easy either,but as it normally does it came... 9am: It's morning,sun's up and so are most of the his village too.Avalanche doesn't feel like getting out of bed,but that doesn't change the fact the sun is beating in through his window and burning into his bed sheets.Finally he gets up,time to shower! 11am: The sun hasn't reached its highest which means there's still time to go outside and shop or take a walk.Avalanche is bored,here in Africa he has no work,no job and no mountains,oh and of course NO SNOW!Ughh,how boring. 12:30am: Time to check the phone...Oh,right,the email.He still hasn't decided,leave Africa and its hot weather or stay and not have to face the mountains and the passing of his father.You'd think it be an easy choice,but...Africa isn't his home,well it is nice and all,but the cold weather of Tasmania and its mountains are nice too,even if it's in Austrailia,a rather warm continent! 1pm: Click,the reply has been sent,Avalanche can't believe his decision!In two weeks he was going to go to Antarctica and do some sort of small hike somewhere,he didn't know whether he should want it to end bad so they couldn't take him to some mountain somewhere or if he should want to have it secede and have him go on a dangerous climb on a bigger mountain somewhere! 2 weeks later: Avalanche didn't feel ready to meet the group Luna led,they weren't famous,but they had a reputation,a good one.He felt relieved he would have a bit of time before they got to the airport and that time would probably end up time dedicated to food. Sitting down with his McDonalds Mcsomething or other,he enjoyed a pretty good meal,but he felt sick to the stomach and it wasn't the food. 12:30am: Yup,they were late,Avalanche had plenty of time to get prepared,but every word he imagined saying in his head,every conversation went wrong!He had to come down or he might just explode! Sitting at a table he recognized Luna immediately,it be hard not to.Her fur was scruffy,yet neat.Her scarf just a bit to tight and her cream coat covered in splashes of light grey-blue fur.Behind her were three other cats one black and white,the other a light orange and the third a dark grey! Avalanche got up,they hadn't spotted him yet,but he had spotted them,he had two options now,number one:Run and hide then book a flight back to Africa or number two go up and greet them properly.He decided number two might get him farther.He took a deep breath then walked up to them! 12:40am: The five of them sat together at a table,they'd bought snacks and seemed a bit hungry."So,Avalanche,I'm Luna as you know and I'm here to make sure everyone who climbs with me is safe and comes back sound." Luna said "I hope you'll have fun with us on our hike and I hope to get to know you much better than I do now!" she nudged her black and white climbing partner,he sighed (continue story in notes and credits!)
"Hi,I'm Hail.I've been climbing since I was a kid and I enjoy climbing,Firgus." his last word seemed to refer to his comrade who spoke next "Hi!I'm Firgus and I've been on Lunas climbing team for awhile!I hope we can have a great time together!" Firgus finished his sentence and Avalanche knew that the dark grey cat would speak next "I'm Pine.I am an explorer and also a mountain climber,plus I love nature and animals,which is what I get to see a lot of in my job!" Pine was certainly enthusiastic,but whether that was about her job or about meeting Avalanche was uncertain. Next day 9am: Avalanche headed out to find the meeting place.It wasn't snoaing,but it looked like it had only a few days before.Soon after Avalanche found the meeting place Luna and Hail were there,but the others hadn't come yet. 9:30am: Inhale,exhale.They were all together now about to have a 'small' hike."Alright folks,you know the drill!" Luna said getting her equipment out and ready.They weren't worried they might fall or get hurt.They seemed untouched by the fact this small mountain could seriously damage them.Slippery ledges,sliding hills and a terrifyingly high summit,okay not that high,but still you don't want to fall from that hight. 10am: They were at their first cliff,looking down Avalanche felt his stomach churn.It wasn't to far up,but still to far."So..." Luna said interrupting his thoughts "What's it like in Africa?" "Well,mostly it's hot and dry." Avalanche replied.They traited stories almost the entire way,until Luna said that the hike was done and they could all go have a coffee and then go home. Next week: Avalanche was preparing for this climb,he'd spent a hole week with Luna,Hail,Firgus and Pine.They were friends,Hail quiet and a bit snappy sometimes,but he understood Avalanche unlike Pine.Pine is super excitable,but is anything,but dumb.Firgus is chill,doesn't talk to much,but much more enthusiastic then Hail.The mountain they were about to climb was pretty big and dangerous,but Luna and her team seemed so calm and ready,it almost helped Avalanche calm down too,but the memory of his fathers passing made him shake. Later in the day: They'd started their climb it'd take them 2 days at least to reach the summit and go back.The icy mountain wasn't the hardest mountain to climb,but one slip and you might not be able to continue and that's the best case.They reached the first base,it wasn't big rather small actually.There weren't any trees around it and it was rather open to the elements.It was supposed to be for beginners,but it must be for advanced beginners who can handle the cold well. 12am: Snow fell hard on the mountain clouding most of the area in white.It seemed to only get worse not better,snow fell and eventually Luna spoke up "We should go back,there might be a blizzard coming and being caught up here during it wouldn't be good at all" they all agreed,except Hail,who they couldn't contact! 1pm: They'd all made it down except for Hail,who they still couldn't contact!They were all worried and eventually Luna gave in and called the rescue crew to go find Hail!Hours passed with no sign of the rescue crew or Hail!Everyone was getting worried,even when the snow storm d1ed down and everyone could see. 2pm: Finally there was a call from Luna...Hail had made it down!!!Everyone on the call was so happy.Even Avalanche was very relieved.Hail had no injuries' and was safe.Avalanche thought that it'd be way worse then it turned out,he didn't want to have to experience his dads passing again,even if he barely knew these people.Despite this he felt ready again to climb,especially if he was with Luna and her team,they were nice and fun and calm.He wouldn't say he was ready for anything,but some things were going to be easier to face then others and he knew that Luna and her team wouldn't let him down.
