Quick little backstory :D Starfall padded against the hard Twoleg fence, relishing the sun warming her pelt. She dropped down into a hunting crouch as prey-scent flooded into her nose. She stalked forward, being careful as to not even disturb a single leaf. She got ready to pounce, when suddenly a mew sounded from above her. The squirrel pricked it's ears in alarm and bounded away. She let out a growl of frustration. "Hey there!", said the voice. She looked up, her eyes landing on a tabby tom, probably a kittypet. She flexed her claws, and leaped onto the fence. "You scared by prey away!", she accused, glaring at the tom. He flicked his tail, seeming unbother by the fact that he just scared away the squirrel that she was stalking. "My name's Nick", he mewed, bring a damp paw over his ears. She wanted to cuff him over the ears, but she refrained from doing so. "I'm Starfall", she meowed gruffly. "Sorry I scared away your prey, you can come in!", he suggested warmly, "My housefolk give me a lot of kibble, I'm sure I can share!". Wrinkling her nose, she shook her head. "I'd rather die than eat kittypet slop!", she mewed. He shrugged, then hesitated. "Could we be friends?" he asked, "You seem nice". She thought about it for a moment. "Sure", she decided.
