Any level animator can join as long as they fill out the form correctly -NO USING BACKDROPS. -FOR OUTRO BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL THE ANIMATOR NAMES! -No broadcats message 1ns. Be creative! -NO BL00D/G0RE ALLOWED FOR THIS MAP -2 sprites max! -You can have only up to 2 parts -No lyrics, lip-sync is allowed though -No watermarks, I will be adding them in -Fill out the form! -ALL ART MUST BE YOURS. NO STEALING, TRACING, OR HEAVILY REFERENCING! -Both PMV and AMV is fine, but AMV is preferred -Humans are welcome but animals are preferred -Follow the palette for your part! -Please don't add too much detail.
