these community guidelines are not always useful, scratchers can make violent and scary projects whenever they want, there are violent and scary project, do not report THIS, the bnd of doom logo doesn't get me or you or any scratcher blocked, the report button gets you blocked or your project or comment removed, it doesn't happen everytime when you get blocked for violent and scary projects
you can literally add anything you want in your projects, also naughty ones, inappropriate ones, and they don't need to get reported, projects do not get you blocked, it's the report button, i didn't add the violent and scary to scare and disturb someone and i didn't add and write these inappropriate things to offend someone
