In case it wasn't clear (It probably is because of my poor editing skills), I edited this image and it is not to be taken seriously. As much as I want Akitoya and Ruikasa to be canon, based on the large amount of exclamation marks used, I think it's pretty obvious that this is a joke. Plus the hand is a little weird.
