Terms: 1. The reunification of Serbia and Montenegro will take place, although Montenegro will be a fully independent state within Yugoslavia. Serbia will have 0 power over Montenegro decisions. 2. The capital of Yugoslavia will be Podgorica-Executive, Belgrade-Administrative and Sarajevo-Judicial. 3. Bosnia shall join the Yugoslav Federation, and annex ethnic Bosnian lands. It's capital should be Sarajevo. 4. Albania shall restore it's lands plus Kosovo as a Federation state, with its capital in Durres. 5. The Bulgarian-Macedonian Republic will be a state with its capital in Skopje. 6. Backa and Syrmia shall be ceded to Austria. 7. Serbia shall annex most of Serbian Bosnia with the exception of Trebinje. 8. Montenegro and Serbia will pay each other war reparations. 9. Banja Luka will become a demilitarized zone.
