OK. hahAHAHaaaa i did another one!!!!!! i said id finish this yesterday but i didnt so its done now end of story :) fox lad is a fox that had a medusa-esk situation. like they were beautiful but cursed by someone jealous to be "ugly" by turning their hair/fur/limbs whatever into snakes. the stick goopy web stuff is a side effect to this. their stares don't turn the victim to stone, but if anything touches them they are either consumed or have their limb stuck there forever (the only way to remove it is to, well.. remove the limb)
