╔══ஓ๑♡๑ஓ══╗ Blu_berrie ꘎ Hi, I'm Blu! I absolutely love drawing and writing short stories. I have also had a few previous accounts on scratch. My favourite pastime is listening to music and drawing either digitally or traditionally! I especially love to use watercolour. I adore roleplaying, as I love developing characters and creating storylines with others. I have been taking a break from scratch for a while, as I got somewhat addicted to it and needed to get away for a while. However, I'm back now and ready to be a lot more active than I was before. ꘎ I had a previous account on scratch about a year ago, and roleplayed in TFCRP as Cloudstreak from WindClan who lived until 60 or so moons until I took a break from scratch. I have also been part of many other different rp's on that previous account (@Shyart) and spent a lot of time on characters that I played, such as developing personality and relationships in the most realistic way possible (as realistic as it can be with talking cats at least :P ) ꘎ Honeycomb! ꘎ I'll keep the gender the same, and if she may end up being bi, but probably won't discover that until she's older. ꘎ It really depends on what happens in her life, and any major life changes. Due to her blind eye, she may face some insecurities about it as she grows and is more aware of it. As for physical, she may get a small injury or two as she grows older, but I'm not planning on giving her any major injuries. ꘎ Yes, definitely! ꘎ No, I've fallen in love with her current design ^^ ꘎ Honeycomb is an open-minded cat, who, despite her disability, believes that she can do anything if she puts her mind to it. When she is younger, she can be quite scatter-brained and finds it hard to focus on a certain activity, but this trait would slowly mellow out as she grows older and gains more focus and control of her thoughts. Honeycomb is rather talkative and likes to speak what's on her mind with no filter to her words, especially as a kit and apprentice. If she doesn't like someone, it would be rare for them not to know about it. Despite her optimism, as Honeycomb grows older, her self-confidence about being an asset to Riverclan diminishes somewhat, due to her realisation that her blind left eye gives her a major disadvantage as she grows into a warrior. This doesn't discourage her completely, though, and she still attempts the best she can do, as she knows sitting around wallowing in self pity would not be a productive thing to do. Her loyalty to her family is stronger than her loyalty to the clan, however that doesn't mean she isn't loyal to the clan. Above all else, she wants to be there for her siblings even if she doesn't go about doing it the right way, in her naivety. Her desire to be useful is also an important trait in her personality, though, as sometimes she may go too far in trying to prove herself of being worthy. This can get her into dangerous situations that can have less-than-ideal outcomes. Though this can seem worse than it actually may be, as Honeycomb has a tendency to be a little overdramatic at times. This includes things such as making a small cut seem like a huge detriment to her health. Overall, Honeycombs emotions can definitely take hold of her and this has a risk of affecting her relationships in her life. She tries to be the best cat she can be, and definitely develops over time. ꘎ (As an apprentice) Honeycombpaw's toepads pressed into the sandy ground, leaving small pawprints embedded behind her, tracing out her previous movements from camp and to the edge of the shore of a small pond. She felt the gentle breeze, carrying the scent of fresh water, ripple over her pelt as she neared the waters edge. Her ears flicked as a noise - a rustle - could be heard to her left. Turning her head towards it, mildly annoyed that she couldn't just scan for what made the noise with her blind eye, she surveyed the area. A small movement caught her eye behind a cactus, and she tilted her head a fraction in curiosity. Then, less than a second later, without thinking it through, Honeycombpaw leapt towards the noise. Mid-air, she realized a little too late that this probably wasn't a good idea as she hurtled towards the cactus. Her right shoulder crashed into the spiny plant and the culprit of the noise - which she now knew was the tiniest shrew she had ever seen - scurried away, never to be seen again. Honeycombpaw huffed, and stood from where she head momentarily turned into a roll of white and ginger fur. Her shoulder stung a little, and she let out an almost pitiful mewing noise. It didn't hurt nearly as much as she originally thought, and upon further inspection, the cactus had come out worse from the collision with many of its spines crushed under her body weight. Only one or two stuck out from her shoulder, but it still hurt to a degree. Honeycomb mumbled under her breath "Stupid cactus.", which
(continued) she was aware was immature and silly, however it did help get her annoyance, or rather, embarrassment, out a little. Her little trip out of camp, or in other words, escape from her bossy mentor, would have to be cut short. And no doubt she would get in trouble when she returned. She started to trudge back along the shore of the pond, pelt tangled and covered in sand. There would be no doubt her fellow apprentices would make fun of her for this when she returned. Letting out another sigh, her pace hurried and turned into more of a jog. Her shoulder was less painful now, and she began towards camp, somewhat dreading what was coming for her when she got there. But still smiling. (This would probably be shorter usually, but there wasn't another cat for her to interact with so I compensated a bit, with the length XP ) ꘎ Honeycombs monocular vision would impair her ability to judge distance accurately and her ability to focus an image in front of her. Other side effects are things such as the loss of peripheral vision, as she loses about 50% of it which decreases her area of sight immensely, and her balance will be worse than others. It will be harder for her to recognise places/landmarks especially at distance, and her right eye may become tired or strained easily, leading to headaches. ꘎ Remembrance legacy pineapple peony ꘎ Sorry this is so long!! Thanks for reading this far :D ╚══ஓ๑♡๑ஓ══╝
