basil lore - he was a normal eevee when some humans decided to take him from his family and experimented on him a lot, which made him unevolveable and washed away his color. the scientists planned to make him a companion of a superhero for a city far away but he decided to try learning english by listening to the other scientists, his roommate and the other experiments. of course, he has another form when he does go into his superhero form but something screwed up and he looks like a biblical angel now in that form. he then ran away from that lab and met bbs and then they became inseperable :)
