This Game (OS) was manly based of Windows© 95/98 with a Bit of Windows© 10 Thanks to @griffpatch for the tutorials! Thanks to @Jins2011 for the HD Cat sprites I pulled out of one of his Games! UPDATE LOG: 0.1: its just the Setup Wizard Scratchos 23: it has a desktop but nothing else really Scratchos 23 SP1: Added The Icons and most taskbar features and Command Prompt along with activating Scratchos Scratchos 23 SP2: Added a welcome program and custom wi-fis and edited some textures and the Scratchos Server Wi-Fi and a Mouse Cursor this also made the "File Explorer" accessible from outside CMD(This Update also removed the "Font" sprite from me messing something up now nothing works) Scratchos 23 SP3: Working on Load Save Added Back Text (the "Font" sprite) a few bug fixes
