So the 23 year old crazy mad man's name is Akuma(Meaning devil in japanese) and he lived in Hoenn back 100 years ago, back when he was younger he made fun for his name, eventually when he was 15, he was interested in the pokemon named Deoxys, a being with the dna of every pokemon in exitance, he wondered about its existence and its ability to change into its other forms, he was curious about his powers... Eventually, 1922, he found a helmet that was the top of a Deoxys. He later got some people to fall his trick and put on his, and reached chaos miles and miles from Hoenn, later it seemed like June was determined to defeat him, and he did, the helmet broke and a Deoxys came out flying into the sky never to be seen again... Untill a 10 year old kid flew to the moon on his silly Mega Rayqauza in 2013 and caught him... Later seen from where he was, he met a kind person that wasn't afraid of him and a few years later moved a another reigon far away and had children and their latest ancestor is 20 year old guy who likes cat memes and caught an Arceus, how things go HORRIBLY wrong
