I'm working on a large, RPG-style, Undertale fan game. It will have boss battles, a large world, and multiple endings. It is a direct sequel to Undertale, taking place after a neutral route in which the human kills a large percentage of the monster population, before disappearing, to never be seen again. The six souls vanished, along with the last glimmer of hope for the Underground. Among the chaos, a new human falls into this broken world. The player will decide what happens next. Like Undertale, I want there to be a fair number of NPCs, perhaps even some secret boss battles. But character design is hard! And drawing is even harder!! So if you could submit your Undertale OC for this fan game, that would be really helpful! Of course, if I use it, I will give you credit in the project! If I decide to use it, I will also follow you! I have a few requirements: - Submit a full-color, Undertale overworld style, overworld sprite. Must be pixel art, and must fit well in to the Undertale world. This means higher-quality art is not always better lol, I just want something that looks like it could blend in well to the Undertale world. - If you want your character to have a larger role, wherein they can move around a bit instead of just standing still, you will need to submit 4 overworld sprites, 1 for each direction (front, back, left side, right side). - If you want them to have a boss battle, please additionally submit a black-and-white, pixelated, Undertale-style battle sprite. Again, it should look like it could fit into the original game. Preferably animated, with an idle animation, and "damage" costume for when the player attacks them, however, this is not necessary. Also a few different facial expressions. Optionally, submit the music you want to play during their battle. - Submit the name, gender (can be genderless ofc) and personality description of your character. - If you want them to have a personalized dialogue sprite, please submit an Undertale-style, pixelated, black-and-white dialogue portrait, preferably multiple ones with different facial expressions. - If you want them to have a unique "voice," other than the clicking used for general game narration, please submit the sound you want to play when they talk. - No AU characters sorry lol - Finally, your character must be appropriate for Scratch, so nothing too creepy or gorey, and they must fit in with the overall world of Undertale. For example, you wouldn't want to have a Mario OC here. Also must be drawn in Undertale style. No vector. TLDR: Minimum required is one colored, pixelated overworld sprite of your character along with a description. If you want them to have a larger role you need to draw the overworld sprite in four directions, walking animation, and for a boss battle, you must draw a battle sprite. Sorry for making you read that essay lol, just wanted to clear everything up to save time later. If your character fits all the requirements I will most likely include them in the final project because 1) I really need characters/art for this game and 2) I know y'all are good at character design. Thank you so much!! Please either submit your entry as a remix or link it in the comments or I won't be able to find it :/ The demo of my game is available here!!! Can't guarantee I will finish it but I'm trying my best:
