Ah, a new year, which means new art and a new artstyle. Here’s my official 2022 art recap, I hope you enjoy looking at my progress! <3 please note this doesn’t contain every art piece I’ve made this year, I have plenty more. this just contains the one I found in my current ibis paint folder 01 ; ; An experiment, mostly - I was trying to see if I could make my style more anime haha 02 ; ; Art for a DTAE that I never finished - I really like the shading on the buildings <3 03 ; ; I have a bunch of fluffy dragon-like creatures with their own story - this is the beta design of one of them! Their name is Rambu <3 04 ; ; Marcy Wu from Amphibia! I don’t think it had ended yet, I just wanted to test how well I could draw humans haha 05 ; ; Remember that PMV I made? The one I never coded and posted? This was supposed to be the thumbnail / the ending frame for it - I’ve gotta remake it sometime :0 06 ; ; A sea themed character who I absolutely adored at the time - I’m thinking of gonna redesign / redraw her and start to use her properly! 07 ; ; A DTAE entry that I unfortunately forgot to post - I don’t think I even wanted the character, they just looked fun to draw haha 08 ; ; Chamberdrifts, Spotpaws at the time, first official design! I’ve changed him a lot since then, but this was the original idea 09 ; ; Art for IDAHOBIT Day! 10 ; ; A thumbnail for a MAP I never posted - I might try to host it again sometime! 11 ; ; A DTAE ! they are so fun to draw omg 12 ; ; A payment - I loved drawing this character so much - they are very unique :0 13 ; ; Art of one of my characters! I don’t really use them anymore, and I never really did, but I do remember they were fun to draw! 14 ; ; A DTIYS entry I never got to finish. I actually love this art piece a lot, despite how old it is :') 15 ; ; Juniper art! I was testing a new brush haha , very fun to use 16 ; ; A thumbnail entry for a MAP that I, as you can see, never finished. I love the way I drew Dovewing, aka the one on the left :] 17 ; ; Art of one of my characters! I actually adore this character quite a bit, I just don’t have a name for them yet lmao 18 - 20 ; ; Gachapon payments for, you guessed it, the character above! I really like the way I drew the snouts - although it doesn’t go with my current artstyle, unfortunately :') 21 ; ; A welcome poster for my profile that I never ended up posting lmao 22 ; ; Sakura cat! I’m insanely proud of this <3 23 ; ; More Juniper <3 the paws are tiny though lmao 24 ; ; A base for a reference sheet for one of my characters that I never got to finish :'[ 25 ; ; As you probably know, I am extremely proud of this DTA entry. Even though it’s quite old, I still adore it - I just - aargh <3 26 ; ; Another DTA entry! Less proud of this one due to the weird way I draw the left eye and the paws, but still extremely proud of this one! I loved doing the golden shading asdfghjkl 27 ; ; You guessed it, another DTA entry - I actually drew this a while before posting it! 28 - 30 ; ; Litter designs! The Season Quartet <3 excluding Autumnkit because I wasn’t sure I’d be playing as him lmao 31 ; ; Design for a design trade! I love this design so so much, I find it so pleasing to look at it - I also love the way I drew the branch and flowers on the tail <3 32 ; ; A roleplay thumbnail - I never made the roleplay, but I really like the idea so I might make it a roleplay / comic in the future :0 33 ; ; Art for a litter entry! I love her smug face lmao 34 ; ; Monarchflys first reference - gosh I’m still referring to her as Monarchpaw - not used to her being a warrior yet lmao <3 35 ; ; Experiment! I was trying to draw a character with a pallet that was really bright, as well as trying to draw a fluffy cloudy background. I don’t like the art itself, but I do like the designs and patterns! 36 ; ; Sunshinepaw! It’s a shame I’m not roleplaying with her anymore - I absolutely love her as a character - design, personality, everything <3 37 ; ; Another DTAE I never finished lmao, I just put it here because I absolutely adore the art :') 38 ; ; Redesign of a character for someone! This was my first time using a random custom brush on the internet, and I actually still use it today - it’s just so fun to use :'0 39 ; ; Reference of a character of mine! 40 ; ; Same as above :] 41 ; ; Chamberdrifts, Chamberpaws at the time, second reference and design! It was kinda rushed and I don’t really like it, but I have a new idea for his final design which might be out sometime very early next year :0 42 ; ; Art for a litter entry I made!
