THE PROPHESIED QUEEN: THE DARKNESS PART 2 Ry was very much afraid. She had been chased by piglins ("So the stories in library about the Nether are true!" She thought to herself.), managed to bribe them with gold, nearly burst into flames thanks to a stupid Ghast, and almost fell of a precipice. She seriously had to get out of here. So she began her wanderings. ~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~ Avery was walking along the precipice when she got knocked over. Thank good luck that she didn't fall off the left side, otherwise she would have been burned to ashes since that was where the lava was. But she had other things to fear about. She glanced up fearfully and saw a piglin. Why are they scary? Well, they had these big horns that from afar looked like eyes but in reality their eyes were really large and they bore into you like they were trying to figure out how to best turn you into a pulp, which they probably were. In other words, they were bad news. The pig like creature made a noise like a squeal. But at that exact moment, a flash of black leaped onto the beast. Avery stared as the black thing savagely ripped the beast to pieces. Then the creature turned to stare at her with its red eyes. So she did the logical thing. She screamed. ~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~ ``Will you stop?`` The thing hissed at her, surprising her. She stopped screaming and finally kept her cool. "Well, maybe if you explain to me what the freak is going on!" She snapped at the large dog thing. ``Fine.`` It growled. ``If you wish to know, my master has sensed you and has ordered me to come to you and you to him. Oh, and by the way, my name is Grim.`` "Okay Grim." She said. "So, um, shouldn't we be going now?" ``Well, maybe if you get up, then we can.`` Grim retorted. "Oh... Right." Avery said. Grim regarded her. ``I think you're tired. You can climb on my back and ride me.`` He said. "Oh- Okay." Avery replied. She hesitantly climbed onto the hellhound's back like one would on a horse. "I'm ready." She said. Grim nodded in response, and began running. ~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~**~ Avery had gotten off of Grim since she had claimed that she wasn't tired anymore and anyway Grim had said that they were almost there. "So, Grim." Avery began. "Why haven't I read anything in the Elven Library about- um- your kind?" She asked. ``Well, kid, I'm a hellhound if you wish to know,``Grim answered. ``As for why you haven't read about me, that's because our kind is quite secretive, hiding in the deepest layers of the Nether, especially after you humans,`` His eyes darkened. ``nearly wiped us out. I was a mere pup then, but I remember it clearly.`` He added, when he noticed Avery's confused look, obviously wondering how old this guy (dog?) was. ``Oh look, we're here.`` Avery looked around and saw something surprising. It was a mushroom. A really, really big mushroom. With a door in the middle. She glanced at Grim, who had been at her side, but saw he was already walking towards the insanely giant mushroom. He barked. The door swung open and she saw a guy with brown messy hair and a mushroom on his head, as in a literal mushroom. He wore overalls with golden armor on top of it. He was very short and was wearing heels to hide that fact. (The heels did not fit his look, but Avery suspected he didn't know heels were made for women.) "Grim!" He exclaimed, his voice with a thick old-timey accent. "Has't thee found the wench?" He questioned. "Yes, Master." Grim answered. "I have found the girl. Also, I think you should speak normal English, to not confuse her." "Good, good." He muttered. "And yes, I shall speak 'Modern English'." Grim turned to look back at her and nodded, prompting her to go forward. She complied. "Hi." Ry said calmly. "Ah, hello." The guy greeted. "I am John. And you are?" "Avery. But you can call me Ry." She answered. John nodded. "A good name because of your heritage. Now, we must be going. You cannot stay long." "Why?" "You are tied to the sea. The Nether has no water, it only reeks of dangerous heat. Your life force might fade because of it." Avery frowned. This was not the Nether she had read about, but John looked he had been here all his life, so she decided to trust him on this. "Okay.. Let's get going."
Dear GODS. That was a pain. It took me an entire HOUR to transport that stuff over to Scratch because of the 'Description is to long'. Sorry for the long wait, I was busy (i.e Procrastinating.) Anyways, hope you can forgive me. Oh! And here's part three: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/782345881/ Plus, I posted a re-written version of my entry on Dapttaw (read backwards.) Here's the link, though you'll have to change the dapttaw to, you know. https://www.dapttaw.com/story/330597260-%EF%B9%8A%E3%80%96%E2%84%95%F0%9D%95%86-%F0%9D%95%84%F0%9D%94%B8%F0%9D%95%8B%F0%9D%95%8B%F0%9D%94%BC%E2%84%9D-%F0%9D%95%8E%E2%84%8D%F0%9D%94%B8%F0%9D%95%8B%E3%80%97%EF%B9%8A Hope you enjoy!
