If you have been following me for a while, you’ve probably seen me mention Beetlejuice The Musical at some point,,, This show means so much to me, It it pretty much what got me through the years I was alone at home during the pandemic. Talking abt Beetlejuice is how I was able to meet some close friends on scratch who I am still friends w/ today!! Hello @grilled_cheesus and @poptart- heart eyes emoji TLDR: I love Beetlejuice the musical lmao AND!!! AS AN EARLY BDAY PRESENT MY PARENTS SURPRISED ME W/ TICKETS TO SEE THE SHOW IN NYC!! I saw it last Tuesday and it’s was AMAZING!!! Despite the fact that I know every joke, the way they deliver the lines will never not be hilarious. + seeing the show live w/ all the effects is such a cool experience, and definitely a great way to spend my first time in NYC!! Sadly Alex Brightman wasn’t there but I still got to see Will Blum who is so awesome!! They also aren’t allowed to do stage door due to Covid restrictions but!! I got to very briefly say hi to Kerry Butler and Leslie Kritzer which was enough for me hehehe. Also, Elizabeth Teeter was an amazing Lydia omg!! Her performance might have been my favorite out of all of the people who have played her I will miss this show so much,, it, and all of the people involved, are some of my biggest inspirations when it comes to theatre :((( But! I just found out the tour will be coming to my area later this year so hopefully I’ll get a chance to see it again! :D - Pictures: 1.Playbill!!! 2.
