psa: sorry that there is no thumbnail, i was just too lazy, i'm mega jet-lagged lmao so i asked if ya'll would like my holiday review of what i did, and someone said yes, so here ya go. :) so i left berlin, germany for brisbane, australia (yes it was a very long flight, lmao, i'm still very jet-lagged, that's why i haven't posted much, only responding to comments). two of my six nieces and nephews live in brisbane with their mother, and so my older brother (who is their father), my other brother, parents, my older brothers new gf, and myself flew over. this year, my family decided to do secret santa since we are in a bit of financial trouble, and this year i got my younger brother, whilst my older brothers new gf got me. for our secret santa, we all had a 46 euro limit (we were able to go over, but not by much). my secret santa gifted me a harry potter blanket hoodie and a marauders towel. i gifted my secret santa mario socks, liquorice all sorts, and a 30 euro nintendo eshop gift card. my family and i literally just played video games and board games indoors and ate delicious snacks. i actually tried australian snacks for the first time, and it wasn't too bad. i actually tried vegemite before in germany (you can find it there) however my favourite would be darrel lea liquorice (red twists) and tim tams (i took some home with me for my bf to try, and he really liked it) :) i also decided to draw something christmas themed. i'm sorry that the drawing looks bad and not finished. i did this drawing on the plane for a bit, then finished reading. the drawing is supposed to be this girl balancing a candy cane on her upper lip with the wind brushing through her hair. also, you can all finally know the first step in my drawing process. don't worry, tomorrow i will be doing more posts. :) i love you all soooo much! credits: drawing - me reference - pinterest song - it's beginning to look a lot like christmas (michael bublé)
