Lilah finally arrived at Queen Eiki's palace and perched herself beside one of her colleagues/friends, Ambriel. Ambriel was a light blue-feathered owl, who had several markings in a darker shade of blue scattered around on their belly. The two sat on a small platform right next to a balcony which overlooked a large field in front of the palace. This large field would hold a good amount of the citizens of Jensora during one of Queen Eiki's speeches. Sitting on the balcony, was Queen Eiki herself, and two other birds beside her, one white, and one purple. Ambriel leaned over towards Lilah. "You're late." They whispered. "Eiki had to delay the speech by ten minutes because of you!" Lilah sighed. "An air quake woke me up. Please tell me that Queen Eiki and her quote: 'Professional Team of Scientists' have gotten closer to finding the root of the problem." Lilah whispered back. "Sadly no. The problem just seems to be getting worse." Ambriel replied. "I'm having to treat more and more patients everyday because of those pesky things." Ambriel had been a nurse for several years before Queen Eiki had asked them if they wanted to work for her. Ambriel accepted, but still travels back to The Floating Islands of Galilee in secret to help those in need. Ambriel returned to sitting in an upright position and Lilah listened closely to Queen Eiki's speech. "A group of Orira's best scientists and I have been working on finding the cause of the air quakes and wind storms, and executing the proper strategy to hopefully eradicate the air quakes and wind storms." "How long will that be?" Yelled a citizen. "Yeah! I have family up there!" Cried another. The Queen fumbled on her words. "W-well, we are working as best we can to- uhm, stop the air quakes and wind storms as quickly as possible. Lilah leaned over to Ambriel. "What's up with her?" She asked. Ambriel looked genuinely confused. "I- actually don't know for once." Queen Eiki continued to fumble with her words until her two assistants beside her cut the speech short and the Queen exited the balcony.
