I'm going to pretend that I have the same attitude as when I first opened Medibang: YAY! I finally get to try this new art program that all of my art friends have recommended! I'm so excited to review this, I think I might even switch to bigger projects(like TNEs) on Medibang. Okay, pretending over. I'll mostly be doing the review in this text box instead of in the screen on the side because I find it easier to read over here. I'll tell you when to tap your screen/click space so that you can visually see what I'm talking about by saying "corgi". Corgi, let's get started! This is the menu for Medibang, and it looks simple and easy. I love all the grey, it's my favourite colour. I'm trying to get in all the nice things before I absoloutely tear it to pieces. Corgi. This is the settings for when you create a new canvas, and I wish they included more. I like that they have the time-lapse, but other than that it's not very useful. I stuck to the basic settings. Corgi. Here is the tool bar, I found it really confusing and difficult to use...Corgi. Here is my favorite part of Medibang! The correction tool is useful when you're trying to make straight lines but your hand is shaky. IbisPaint X, which I prefer, also has this. Corgi. Okay, I actually like my sketch considering the atrocities that follow. The tools are simple to use, but I found it to be really pixely, which I dislike. Corgi. Okay. Yeah. The tools were REALLY hard to use and SO annoying. Very annoying. I'm glad I was drawing an angry cat. Don't worry, it only gets worse. Moving on, corgi! At this point I was ready to give up, I exited out and showed it in my gallery. But I figured it at least deserved a fair shot, like I gave ibisPaint X. So I shaded. Corgi. Um, yeah. Bright purple, anyone? Haha. Okay, corgi. Yeah, a hot pink backround. I'm happy to announce that this is where the torture of looking at this ends. I finally gave up on Medibang, and sadly went to piece together this review. Goodbye!
I'm truly sorry to anyone who uses Medibang. I can't. Please check out my review on ibisPaint X, it's way better! Art, screenshots, and review done by me :DD ✨Have a happy day filled with sparkly strawberries!✨
