For the past months, leaders of Umbra and Umbrias have been discussing a historical unification and collaboration on an unprecedented scale. Following multiple votes on the civilian population on a new central government and the outlook of the unification, a constitutional monarchy emerged victorious. It will be the new central government of Umbra and Umbrias, with the Kaiser of Umbrias and the Chancellor of Umbra.
