(WARNING: CONTAINS FEAR AND VIOLENCE) As Rosa was flying to her house, she noticed a Nightwing laying down in her favorite hammock. She received a pang of anger and flew to the Nightwing, claws unsheathed. “GET OFF MY HAMMOCK!!” She roared The Nightwing turned just to see Rosa flying towards it. “WAIT! WAIT! I’M GETTING OFF! I-” It yelped. The dragon scrambled to its feet and spread its wings, but just before the dragon could get away, Rosa landed on the Nightwing. She opened her mouth and showed her fangs to the dragon in a furious manner. But before she could spray her venom, she was stopped by her little sister, Tangerine. Tangerine was an orange dragon with orange-like circles going down her spine and under her eyes. She had a yellow underbelly and orange eyes. She was about the size of Kinkajou. “What are you doing?!” Tangerine’s high-pitched voice called out to Rosa. She was flying in the air and was closing in on the two dragons. Rosa shook her head, as if she was shaking off a spell on her. “What..?” She mumbled. She looked down at the terrified Nightwing and let go of it, trying to apologize. Before she could say anything, the Nightwing flew off in terror. Tangerine landed next to Rosa angrily. “Rosa! Are you insane?! I know that that nice dragon was in your hammock, but you could’ve just asked them to move!” She exclaimed. She grabbed Rosa’s talons in her own and feld her wings. “What’s wrong? Did something happen?” She sounded sympathetic. “No, I- I don’t know what’s happening… I guess I just got angry..? I don’t know… But it’s okay. I’m fine now! I just need to lay down. Today’s been stressful.” Rosa said. She released her hands from her sister’s grip and began to curl herself up in her hammock with her eyes wide open. Whenever Rosa curled up, that was a way of silently saying that she was upset. Tangerine opened her mouth to protest, but hesitantly stopped. She spread her wings to fly. “Alright. Goodnight, sis.” Tangerine then flew off. “‘Night.” Rosa responded. A few minutes passed, and Rosa couldn’t sleep. She kept thinking about the encounter with the Nightwing. /I’m so sorry…/ She thought over and over. Tears started forming in her eyes. “I- I’m sorry…” She mumbled. Rosa closed her eyes and cried herself to sleep. CHAPTER 13 The next day... “Are you okay..?” Tangerine shook Rosa one last time with her grip on her arm. “Yes, I’m fine. I just had a nightmare.” “Oh. Well, you’re supposed to be taking me to a training school camp thing, remember?” Tangerine responded. She waved her hand back and forth as she was talking. She then pointed at Rosa the same way Deathbringer did, but without the terrifying stare. Rosa gasped, and pounced on Tangerine, making them fall off the hammock and begin to plummet down to the ground. “HEY!” Tangerine exclaimed fearfully. Rosa showed her fangs to her and spread her wings about 10 feet in the air, attempting to soften their fall. “Get out.. Get out..! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!” Rosa shrieked. “ROSA!!” Tangerine called out. Suddenly, Rosa shook her head, as if she broke out of a trance. “What..?--EEP!” She yelled. Rosa spread her wings out wider, and she turned her back to the ground just in time to save Tangerine from the impact of the fall. “Did the nightmares have something to do with THIS?” Tangerine hissed. Rosa nodded drowsily. Tangerine slowly got up and released herself from her sister’s grip. “Something’s not right… What made you so terrible?” Tangerine stepped back off of Rosa. She reached out her talons to Rosa in an attempt to bring her up. Rosa took her hand and stood up slowly, sadness clouding her eyes. She looked away in shame. Her eyes glittered, tears forming. “I- ..I don’t know…” She muttered. Just then, she jerked her head up. /Deathbringer said something about dragons going insane..! Is that what’s happening to me?!/ Rosa looked at Tangerine, who was staring curiously at Rosa. Rosa grunted and ran away as fast as she could. The ground was soft with grass. Sooner or later, rain fell as hard as it possibly could. The dirt turned to mud, many dragons went back into their huts, some used their wings to shield themselves from the rain. Rosa kept running. And running. She could hear her sister call for her, but she shook it off. Rosa opened her wings and struggled to take flight; she kept slipping on the mud. “Are you okay?” A Nightwing asked nervously. Rosa never really knew the difference between a Nightwing and another, so, subconsciously, she thought that this Nightwing was the one she attacked earlier. Rosa’s pupils turned to slits and she showed her fangs to the Nightwing. Why was she so angry? This Nightwing did nothing to her! Nevertheless… SPHHH. (NOTES AND CREDITS)
It seemed as if everyone was staring at her. Everyone’s eyes. She could feel the intensity in their looks. ..There was a Nightwing. Below her. It was.. Screaming..? Why? “What..?” Rosa muttered, genuinely confused. Her ears were ringing. She could hear nothing except the ring. Then, the sound came. Rain was pouring drastically. People were murmuring and yelling. Some were throwing rocks at Rosa. The Nightwing below here was screaming in agony. Its face and neck were bubbling and disintegrating. Rosa gasped in horror and jumped off. “Did I do this..?!” She gasped. Rosa looked around and began sobbing silently. She just stood there. Then, a different Nightwing with scars and dull claws came. They grabbed Rosa quickly and began running away in the opposite direction. /Deathbringer..? Is that you?/ Rosa was being held on the right side of Deathbringer. Since Deathbringer’s head was up, all she could see was his chin. She actually liked that she couldn’t see his face–there might be something terrible on it… Deathbringer ran through the forest with Rosa. She could tell that they’ve already gone very far from the village. A few minutes later, Deathbringer placed Rosa down. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness in the sky. “Who..? Who are you? You’re not Deathbringer.” Rosa muttered defensively. The mysterious dragon grinned. “My name is Voicemaker.” Next: (Nonexistant-) First: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/579790595/ Previous: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/724349157
