The "`RATNIK" is a program designated for High-Enhanced Equipment of the soldiers of the Democratic Republic of Blagere. Currently issued with the 6B47 Helmet, 6B141, Half-Cut 645 Vest's, and the MN-120/1PN138 NVG's.
