This is absolutely how Scratch works if you open it in Ohio. I went to Ohio and hit the green flag on an empty project, and this happened. This project uses two scripts, one sprite, and 38 blocks to mimic Ohio's internet. Disclaimer!!! - I have never been to Ohio. This is a joke based off of the Ohio internet craze.
All code is by me, The only costume is the Scratch Cat default. This code would be useful for static. I am totally okay if this code goes into another game. Just credit me.
