Though their fur is soft, it doesn’t look it as swoops and crests mingle throughout, giving them the appearance of a clingy burr. Their pelt is a mottled rainbow, but the base coat is quite obvious as an ebony hue. Their muzzle, chest, belly, paws, and some of their hind legs and tail are a creamy ivory, creating a nice light-dark contrast. Their right cheek, both ears, lower back, some of their legs, and most of their tail is a medium rusty-red color. These patches of color are interspersed with lighter red swoops, almost like snake’s scales. Hellbenderparable’s fur appears to be shimmering in the light, but that is just a few white speckles here and there, shaped almost like diamonds.
