The patio went in flames. ‘What am I doing? Why can't I stop?’ Lemon’s mind whirled. ‘I can’t…’ He looked around to find the queen. She was nowhere to be found. Did she burn up because of Lemon’s hyperactive flames? Lemon’s wings hurt. He had been flying for two days straight without stopping. The serum boosted his speed and flame power. So the fireball he sent down was twice the hotness of an average Hydra’s fire breathing. Lemon could feel his real thoughts fade away. ‘Keep killing! Isn't it so much fun?’ ‘No! Killing is wrong! This is not how we should act!’ ‘I bet those flames we gave the queen burned her alive!’ ‘I saw four people down there!’ ‘Wow! We killed more than expected, hooray!’ No matter how hard he fought to keep his sanity, the serum side seemed to always win. ‘Is that a dead body I see?’ Fake Lemon wondered. ‘Dang it, it's not the queen’s, just some ordinary guy.’ Lemon flew down, sending yet another fireball toward the castle. In the corner of his eye, he saw two young Hybrids flying in the opposite direction. The fake side smiled. ‘There right in my line of fire! I can kill them now!’ Lemon spread his wings and lashed his tail. “Hahahaha!” Lemon shrieked. “Bye bye queen!” He tried to make a fireball big enough to suck them both up and burn them. All he could do was make the biggest fireball known to man. Which was 10 times the size of him. He laughed hysterically as he raised the fireball, ready to throw it at them. ‘Stop big brother!’ Lemon paused. Right in front of him was a little girl. “Big brother! You must stop this!” she cried. “S-Starfruit,” Lemon muttered. “Yes! T-that’s me! Your little sister! Please come back to me! Come back to your family!" “This isn’t you!” Lemon opened his eyes. ‘A-am I me again?’ Lemon looked at the fireball he was holding. “Ahh! This thing is HUGE!” He dropped the fireball and waved his talon around. “Ouch!” Lemon’s right claw had been severely damaged. Tears began to fall from his eyes. “Oww! It hurts!” Howled Lemon. He slowly fell to the ground, holding his claw tightly. “Are you-” Someone approached him, holding a spear in their left hand pointed at him. “Are you crying?” They asked. “Y-yes, my talon is bleeding,” Lemon held out his injured claw to the man, who inspected it carefully. “I think it burned. It really hurts.” “Did you cause all of this?” he asked. “No!” Lemon shouted. “I mean, I wasn’t myself,” “Well either way you injured the queen. We must put you in custody,” he explained. “Come with me.” Lemon stood up and followed the hybrid. What is going on? He wondered. What does custody mean? Lemon followed the soldier until they reached a room full of locked doors. In between the doors were these big metal bars that looked unbreakable. “Go inside here,” the soldier instructed. Lemon hesitated. “For how long?” “Until we figure out what to do with you. That's how long.” asserted the soldier. Well that's not very nice. Lemon thought. Lemon entered the room and the man slammed the door behind him. The room was mainly empty, except for a few chairs and a bed. In the far corner, he could see a small table that reached his lower leg. On the table was a really small apple and a pile of goop in a cup. Lemon looked through the bars, wondering what was going to happen to him next.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Background on lemon:::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Lemon's family was murdered by most of the council members and Dr. Grey. Lemon was spared because he was going to be the test subject for the serum, which you hopefully learned in part 2. They took Lemon hostage until the testing date. Which, if this helps, was April 22.
