Type first command. Then, click the "Add Command" button. Repeat until you have put in all commands. If you want a command in a "Conditional" command block, click "Add conditional command". If you want a command to run only once, click the "Add command to run once" button. Then click "Put in 1 command". Then, copy command using either Ctrl + c on Windows and Linux, Cmd + c on Mac. Go into Minecraft 1.9 snapshots, (look up how to get it), do /give @p command_block , then paste in the command using Ctrl + v on Windows and Linux, or Cmd + v on Mac. Then activate command block.
