Sentakushi . . . . . . . . ~ Inyusoka suddenly smirked again, "Hm, it seems I'll have to train the arrogance out of her... I hope she isn't strong-willed." ~ . . . . . It was a huge, glass building. Natarii was stunned silent, the school towering over her. There was a flash, a dark red one, and Inyusoka Chaimara was standing in front of her. Natarii backed up a step, narrowing her eyes. "Who are you?" This only earned a chuckle from the young, beautiful woman. "Already asking the wrong questions, I see. I'll fix that in you, soon enough." She motioned for Natarii to follow her (she reluctantly obliged), "My name is Inyusoka Chaimara." was all she said, easily aggravating her new student. Natarii gave her a dirty look, only making the adult chuckle more, "You asked who I was." In the end, Inyusoka finally told her, "I am your sensei, and the only one at this... isolated school." Natarii frowned at her sensei, her brows furrowing, "Why did they build such a big building if it's so isolated?" She nearly ran into the woman, who suddenly stopped in place. "There used to be more of you, there.... is not anymore. There are only a few of you, and.... Hi Sto saved most of them. Those lucky bast-" she caught herself and cleared her throat. Her tone was serious and there was a dark shadow over her face, or... at least the half Natarii could see for her angle. Then Inyusoka continued walking, and talking. "Did you receive a proper education on what you were?" She asked, half turning to her slightly surprised follower. Natarii shook her head, frowning. Inyusoka looked surprised, "Ah, well... your heart is protected by a... force. Bear with me. This force is what actually helps your heart work. If it disappears, your heart... stops working. This is your Spirit, or Guardian. Naturally, not every elf has one. In fact, very few do. For some reason, it happens to take shape into a form of a .... creature- should it ever emerge from you. Yours is... a Kitsune, I believe?" She looked at Natarii, watching her. Dressed nicely, groomed well, a naturally hostile look in her eye... oh yes. She was a Kitsune. For sure.
Natarii didn't answer Inyusoka's question, instead, she asked one herself. "What about you?" Her sensei chuckled. Natarii snapped her head around, hearing a screeching crow in the distance- she suddenly yelped and ducked down, the crow flapping over her with its large, black wings. It landed delicately on Inyusoka's waiting hand. "New Caledonian crow, my dear..." she purred, stroking the crow's silky feathers. The crow screeched at Natarii, its dark red eyes watching her. It flapped its wings, dark red sparks coming off of it- the eyes flashing brightly. Inyusoka frowned at it and the crow settled down, before it suddenly flashed its trademark color (dark red) and disappeared. Inyusoka's index finger flashed the same color as her eyes (and the crow's eyes) and then faded, back to normal. Natarii's heart beat, she was afraid that her sensei heard it. 'Did it.... did it just.... go inside her???' was all she could think, her arms shaking from the adrenaline rush. Acting as if nothing happened, Inyusoka Chaimara continued walking, she placed her hand in the invisible air- huh? Invisible air? A golden barrier suddenly crackled and sparked, not appreciating being touched, apparently. It recognized Inyusoka's hand and opened, spreading wide enough to let her and Natarii in. The glass building was gone, replaced with a small pyramid of crystal, flowing between colors. The grass was more lush than before and greener, mist rising off of it. The crystal tiles on the pyramid were lined with silver, the sidewalk and concrete pad for the outside patio was pristine. The glass building was an illusion. "Welcome to Kik Nai, Natarii Kireina."
