Waterspout / Bubbles / Bubbly She/He/They Genderfluid Waterspout, also known as Bubbles or Bubbly, is a Genderfluid elemental made up of contained water. They can shift their form to an extent and can walk on water, but struggle with hot environments. No one quite knows where they come from - they’re a bit of a local myth, popping up out of random water sources, appearing different each time. Waterspout’s personality is constantly changing, just like water. Sometimes they’re kind and nourishing, other days harsh and destructive. Most of the time, though, they’re a mischievous wanderer, always moving, never tied down to one place. They typically prefer tropical waters and can be found basking in kelp forests or lounging on sunlit reefs. They collect accessories, both from the ocean and the land above it. Their favorite accessories are their top hat and bow. The bow works both as a bow for their fur and a bow tie, and is worn as either!
