In the Jedi: Survivor trailer we are teased with a new character. Nobody knows anything about him. But, I was reading Star Wars: The High Republic books and discovered an illustration of a Soikan, a species which looks exactly like him. A quick search, I am pretty sure he is in fact a Soikan. Soikans are only mentioned in the High Republic series, which is not commonly known. Not only that, the character is wearing High Republic Jedi robes in the trailer. So what I think is that he’s a Jedi from the High Republic Era who was somehow kept alive until now [ stasis? Not sure about this part ]. Many people suspect that he’s a High Republic Jedi but since Soikans are hardly ever mentioned, I may be one of the only people to know this. [ if I’m correct, which I think I might be.]

Velkos hair looks blonder, it could just be the light or she could just look different, the way humans do.
