Reaper is a myth no one knows if he is confirmed. The reason no one knows if he's real is that no one knows precisely what happens at the end of a dragon's life. Page 52 of the book of dragmora (Drag-More-A) states "Reaper was just a myth we told kids to scare them from being bad, but one night the life of an ice dragon named zero was taken and all that was left was a note that said "Reaper came and Reaper stole" No one has ever seen zero since."
