The cape is made to represent the wilderness theme, and the celebration of his Bday on the 5th :D here's a small description of his fit from a RP: Blaze was wearing something a little to extravagant for his liking. Feathers. Feathers everywhere. He had them in his tail, he had an entire cape made out of them, and a on some sort of headband on his head. The orange and black tribute had been wearing his earing from Lynette on his ear for most of his time here, but now it was on his black and white collared shirt as a pin. on his feet were leopard-print shoes, and around his waist was a green belt.
