So here's how it goes. I notify the 1st winner that they got the design, but if they don't respond in 42 days, then I will give the 2nd winner the design. If they are also inactive, I will give the design to the 3rd winner. IF they are also inactive (which will probably never happen) I will regenerate a number from 1-20 and redo the results! :D
