T1PS .think about what u like .how u can come from ur mistakes and change yourself .if an incident happens where you are rlly irritated then go to another place , sit calmly and think about why u got agitated and try to come out of it My irl experience : So basically i woke up this morning. I rlly didn't want to wake up . But I had to . I thought that it was a Monday- so ye I got irritated. I was literally do angry that my parents woke me up- SILLY right? But after that I sat up. Closed my eyes , and thought about what made me angry. I thought why did I do that? So after realising the thing, I went back to being calm and happy!! Hope this helps!!
