Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been inactive for so long, there are a lot of exams going on in my school and I haven’t had enough time to go on scratch. But I’m back now with a new manga idea! Yes I know it’s really vague so I’m just going to explain the story here (scroll down) ———— ———— ———— Manga name: The Silent Idol Plot: Yui used to be a famous idol with a group called “Starlight” until she contracted Meniere's Disease causing her to gradually lose her hearing. She tried to hide it by wearing noise cancelling headphones, telling her group members that the reason she couldn’t hear them very well were the headphones. But she still couldn’t hear the cues or understand what was going on causing her to mess up on stage a lot. Until one day it got much worse, people with Meniere’s Disease can suddenly get extremely dizzy or faint without a warning sign and Yui fainted during a show where they found out her condition and kicked her out. The story now is Yui learning how to navigate the world as a deaf ex-idol. I will update:) Tags: #art #trending
