I'm sure you all know that June is pride month, but did you know that it is also the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus? This month has honoured the Sacred Heart since 1856, although devotion to the Sacred heart goes back much longer ago in the Catholic tradition. The Sacred Heart is a symbol of Jesus and His love for us, and His mercy. Devotion to the Sacred Heart means a personal commitment to let Jesus be the king in your own heart.
