This is the RP comments project for the Liquid Metal roleplay. Please use this for roleplay as there's a reply limit of 25 comments for individual threads and we can't have that, can we? If you are not an RP member, please consider signing up here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/656777/
Characters should always be played following their backstory, personality, strengths and weaknesses. Please make sure RPs are civil and refrain from causing major events without permission from the owner or admins. Please state whether you are running an Open RP or Closed RP. Here is the backstory for my character Mercury (Vlasta Kalchik) cause it's way too long: Raised by a poor family in New Soviet Russia, they frequently moved around in an attempt to make it out of their country. At a young age, they learned to make tools from scrap, use Soviet weapons effectively and build makeshift shelters. They earned the nickname Mercury for their flexibility and smoothness, how they acted and adapted, as well as for how aggressively (or “toxically”) they attacked animals. Eventually, they managed to cross the border into Finland, where they found an abandoned farmhouse and barn, filled with supplies. This served as their home for many years, until they were discovered by government officials. Their dad fell ill and died shortly after being captured, their mother and brother were forced into hard labour, while Mercury themself was conscripted and subject to the hardships and suffering of military recruits. Poor treatment, a lack of food and water, harsh conditions and one of the most demanding training periods turned them into a hardened soldier. Through their years, they saw many conflicts in a short amount of time, forced to eliminate the inhabitants of peaceful villages and travel across the middle east and mediterranean regions. Eventually, they’d had enough. After learning of a potential nuclear war through some loud-mouthed commanders, Mercury deserted and joined up with a revolutionary force, aided by fellow deserters and syphoned military supplies. They fought viciously and fearlessly for what was right, until the government had fallen. They now lead Liquid Metal to keep this peaceful world intact, alongside fellow revolutionists.
