Just watch and enjoy. This is still a work in progress, so more backdrops will be added soon. A tribute to the Sonic Characters that didn't deserve to die but did, particularly Infinite and Maria. Infinite is my hero. Probably always will be. The Jackal Squad was his only family. When he lost them, he completely shattered and became who he was during the war. If Shadow hadn't killed them, he never would have became the terrifying villain that became Eggman's second in command and nearly destroyed the world. Maria died to save Shadow. She did not deserve what happened to her. Blaze and Shadow both died to save the world. (and yes, I know Shadow came back, but still) Tikal sacrificed herself to protect the world from Chaos.
Can I just say, "Relentless you survive" hits particularly hard because of Infinite and Shadow? Shadow accepted his past and became stronger, and Infinite lost everything and became more powerful and vengeful than ever before. Also, even though Infinite is... gone... I will always believe that he will return eventually. Because he's the ultimate mercenary, and I highly doubt he'd allow himself to be beaten by a couple of amateurs like Sonic and Rookie.
