If this doesn't work, you may be a "New Scratcher". To see if this is the reason go to your profile and it will either say "Scratcher" or "New Scratcher". If you are a new scratcher you won't be able to use this until you become a scratcher so just keep using scratch until you become a not-new scratcher!
