-What it is Depression is a mood. Some might call it an everlasting mood, but there can be times when you don't feel it. Depression is when you feel sad or empty all the time. This is not grief, although the two can co-exist at the same time, but they are not the same. Depression makes you lose joy in things you love, it makes you feel sad and empty. But people with depression can still have good moments. They aren't sad all the time. -Causes Trauma is the cause of it for Monarch. Her kit died. Her mama died. Her grandma died.
