bio: silas pho || male || pan || 15 || hemera (primordial goddess of day) || he is half vietnamese, as his grandfather is caucasian (white) and his grandmother is vietnamese. he has off-white skin, and dark hazelnut hair. his nose is quite small, and so are his lips. his eyes are two different colors, the one on the right being dark brown, and the one of the left being hazelnut. he has somewhat long hair, and sometimes ties it in a small ponytail. he usually wears dark jackets to keep him comfortable and warm, and a white shirt underneath. he also has two black earrings. he wears two small sheaths to cover his dual katanas on a belt near his waist. || can be vain when triggered, but most of the time he's harmless, kind, and very friendly. he's also very blunt. || his signature weapon is a pair of dual katanas. their blades are made out of osmium, the rarest/strongest metal in the world, and also the most reflective. they have been enhanced by his mother to channel the sun’s light to become brighter, to act as either a blinding mechanism while fighting or a source of light in the dark. they must be charged with solar waves for a couple hours each week for the sun blinding mechanism to work. they are also swifter and lighter when powered by the sun. the katanas’ hilts are made out of pure silver, which reflect the blades’ light when they are powered up.|| silas has the ability of photokinesis. this allows him to have control over light, even being able to shape it and change it’s physical state to solid temporarily. with this ability, he usually creates a pair of wings out of light whenever he needs to escape. he also does other things with this, like creating shields, but i’ll go into depth with this in the “other” section. he is also immune to sunburns and sun-caused diseases, and is able to boost the powers of the children of helios and apollo, as the sun and the day go together. he is also most powerful during the day, and feels refreshed during it. once a month, he is able to create a “mock sun”, which creates a small white sun in the sky, and boosts his powers. it typically lasts for an hour or less. this drains his energy, and it takes a full month to get that energy back. and lastly, during each solar eclipse, he gains the ability of divine control over light, almost rivaling his mother’s. this allows him to travel through light at the speed of light, become invisible, and have powerful pyrokinesis. (note that this only happens every three years.) || silas was normal, like all other kids before the division. he had a great life with his loving father, and had wonderful grandparents. he was a bright kid with many friends, and could never hurt a soul. however, during the division, him and his father were separated. he spent hours searching for him, and finally found his body, lifeless. this caused him to go completely off balance, and it only hurt him more when his grandparents rejected him for being a “super”. he now spends his time trying to protect other supers, and healing his broken life. (he found out his powers during his first solar eclipse, where his mother appeared to him and gave him his katanas.) || sorry for making him op, i won’t do a solar eclipse or anything for a long time!! anyways, with his photokinesis, he creates wings to get away, somewhat strong shields, and the mock sun.
